Altinity Project Antalya Builds for ClickHouse® Release Notes
Altinity’s open-source Project Antalya is a new branch of ClickHouse® designed to combine Clickhouse’s lightning-fast queries with Data Lakes that use Iceberg as the table format, store data as columns in Parquet, all hosted on S3-compatible storage.

Project Antalya contains cutting edge features. Some features may be experimental, so check the product documentation to be sure.
Also, Antalya builds contain interserver protocol changes that are not compatible across release families or with some upstream ClickHouse releases. All nodes participating in distributed queries - including coordinators, replicas, and swarm workers — must run the same version of Antalya.
To upgrade to a new version of Antalya, stop all the cluster nodes participating in distributed workloads, upgrade them together, then restart the workloads. Using different versions of Antalya together or performing a rolling upgrade that temporarily mixes versions may cause distributed object-storage and Iceberg queries to fail or return incorrect results.
