Configuring a Cluster

How to configure ClickHouse® clusters

In this section we’ll look at all the configuration settings you can change or modify for a ClickHouse® cluster through the Altinity Cloud Manager (ACM), expanding on the basics we covered in the ACM introduction. The items we’ll go through are in the Configure menu:

The cluster configuration menus

The menu on the left is for normal ClickHouse clusters; on the right is the config menu for Swarm clusters. Swarm clusters are ephemeral, so you can’t connect to them directly, and they have no persistent data to back up.
